1. real-time reminder: after sending the card, WeChat sends the message synchronously, and the SMS alerts only support one mobile phone number. WeChat reminds that it can support multi person simultaneous reception (WeChat's attention to the official account can be received in real time).
2. Card validity period: the card usage period is determined by the student's purchase period, and is written into the card. When the card is expired but not renewed, the card reader will voice broadcast "this card has expired" to remind the student to renew it in time.
3. Card Renewal: student card can be renewed. Party A shall register the renewal student card number, student name, renewal period, vehicle and other relevant information, and complete the renewal information update and card validity update on the platform. The specific operation method is: place the student card to be renewed on the card machine for 3-6 seconds until the card machine reminds of "update successful".
4. Report the loss and make up the card: if the card is lost, the student needs to apply to the driver to report the loss. Party A shall register the loss of the card on the platform. If the registered card is swiped on the card swiping machine, the voice broadcast of the card swiping machine "the card is invalid". In case of card replacement, Party A shall enter the student information and new card number into the platform, and keep the new card on the card reader for 3-6 seconds until the card reader reminds of "update successful".
5. Statistics function: the platform can display the card swiping (number of passengers) of each vehicle, and summarize and automatically generate a statistics report.
6. To support the management of driving without card and absence, and the driver or caretaker of Party A shall complete relevant operations on the mobile phone.
7. Detention reminder: the platform automatically compares the data of boarding and alighting, and sends the possible detention situation to the driver or carer with wechat reminder in time; the display screen of the card swiping machine displays the number of people in the car in real time to prevent students from staying;
8.
